Wildlife

Nepal has fourteen Wildlife Reserves and National Parks. Nepal has nearly as many bird species as all at North America and there are hundred eighty species of mammals. Nepal includes 8.5% birds species, 2.2% fish species, 2.2% flowering plants, 4.2% mammals, 4.2% butterflies and 1.4% reptiles. Nepal is situated only in 0.03% of the land of the world but has rich collection of wildlife, which is proved by the following amazing examples in Wildlife of Nepal. It has the animal which can live at the highest altitude above eight thousand meter called Stellaria, Snow Rhododendron, Bar-headed Goose Flying over the highest altitude, Gauri Gai (The biggest cow of the world), Nau Muthi Achhame Gai (The smallest cow of the world), Nayan (The biggest Sheep of the world), Ajingar (The biggest species of snake of the world), Bhir Mahuri (The biggest Honey Bee of the world) etc.
