Nepal is the land of different ethnic groups and their unique cultures. In capital city, Kathmandu valley, leading people are Newars, whose culture and artistry have earned them international fame. Sherpas of the Himalaya are known for their mountaineering skills, Rais, Limbus, Magars, Gurungs of middle hills have fame as brave Gorkha soldiers. Other Brahmins, Chhetris, Bhojpuris, Tharus etc. enhance our multi cultural, multi linguistic and multi religious society.
