Panthera: One Tribe of Tiger in Nepal

Panthera Tiger is one of the important tribe of Tiger among eight species of tigers in the world. It is inhabited in Nepal nearly in the number of 103-130. This tiger has yellow and black stripes on the body so it is called Pate Bagh in Nepalese society. Tiger is a carnivore. It only eats its pray. It can digest 35kg of meat at once and can carry 1000kg of pray of Gauri Gai (the biggest cow) even it is only of 150kg. Most of the deers, monkeys, cows, baby elephants etc are used to be its pray. Tiger is a lonely living animal. It only stays 8-10 days in family for reproduction. Tiger plays a vital role on balancing eco-system. So, it is legally prohibited to hunt all tribes of tigers in the world.
